Nah I just got pissed of putting all my ITS into batting, only to get like med batting, med conc but comp bowling and feeble cons. So you're left thinking what if I went for a bowler...

This way you can hedge your bets.

Never pulled a keeper, I'd just train one up if say they had feeble or mediocre keeping.
 
I've only ever pulled one keeper (see McVeigh in my starting XI).

I generally only pull bowlers unless I really need a batsman, because bowlers who can bat are more useful than batsmen who can bowl, I feel (this is if you get "natural ability" in the primary you do not put ITS into).

you train them using nets

post your team up on the newbie question area in the sledging board and you will get all the help you need with nets and such.

When you start it's the best. Once you understand it well it's a real good game.

But once you have awesome players and realise you're still getting nowhere, thats where the fun ends.

So enjoy it while it lasts, tis usually good for 2 years maybe.
