There really should be more of a penalty than 1 fielder inside the circle for failing to bowl your overs, especially as the Sixers were actually 2 overs short.

It is a pretty harsh penalty if you’ve got a Maxwell or Jos Buttler at the crease, will cost a lot of runs. With two no namers at 9 and 10 it’s not the scariest penalty

One of Maxwell or Stoinis should have stayed until the death overs but they put their own batting egos ahead of the team.
