Stars have consistently been the worst team in Australian sports. All the hype, support, cash, etc and never perform. Time to dump Maxwell and Stoinis….that’s probably 5O% of contract value right there. Can’t imagine I’ll go and watch this year.

He is a warhorse but a 40 year old bowler that got delisted by the Strikers shouldn't be one of their best bowlers.

They have Joel Paris on their roster, another Scorchers reject but if he isn't injured he should be playing for them.

He's a very good FC bowler. Easily would be the best on their roster.

Tell that to the administration who either don't care because there getting paid or are simply clueless about running a successful organisation. I'd be starting with them. How you could think going out there with that bowling attack was a good idea has rocks in their head. Duckett must wonder what on earth he has walked into, probably wishes he was somewhere else already. Utter shambles.

The Stars would have to make at least 250 to have a chance of winning. Even with Duckett firing, their bowling line-up is grade standard. A 40 year old being their best bowler says it all.

And I'm trying to remember what sort of reception Harper received when it was announced he was joining the Stars - we need to remember that during his last season as a Gade he was dropped from the side & replaced by Handscomb
