But surely they have to make a call on Harper - in Sam's last season with the Gades we dropped him for Handscomb such was his form and it was only when Peter had to retire hurt mid match when the heat took its toll on him out in the field that he got back into the team

Fast forward a few years he us an established test opener and probably as dangerous an opener as anyone in the BB .
