This is such an example of what a mickey mouse competition this is.

It's pissed down with rain on this pitch for at least 5 minutes, it rained consistently for at least 15 minutes before then... but nevermind the enormous disadvantage that we're creating for one of the teams, we've gotta bowl 2 more balls, so we're back on after 20 minutes.

Fun fact, Belinda Carlisle was one of the first artists (along with Kylie & Wham!) who made me question my sexuality as a kid. I would've literally been like 5 or 6, and it took me another 20 years to come out as queer/pan, but even at that age I knew this song was gay as hell.

I thought there was like a 20 minute buffer where you wouldn't lose overs? Rain delays don't come much shorter than that so the fact they lost 4 overs is kinda ridiculous.

I'd say Neser is done for the night and Bartlett to bowl the surge over.

It's all about the tv coverage finishing on time, no one gives a stuff about the people that paid good money to go and watch it at the ground.

I feel like the Heat have actually suffered with the delay, they had all the momentum and the Canes were rattled, the break allowed them to reset and get back into the game.
