Maybe but you can’t pick test cricketers from white ball cricket. Totally different games as Maxy has found out when given a chance

I don't disagree with that I'm just pointing out it's literally almost impossible for good white ball players to play much shield now because of when our shield runs (yes i understand they can't get access to the grounds at other times of the year due to afl so it limits options) and because of how stacked the calendar is with white ball matches. That's the administrators fault not the players.

Stars won't be the only team doing this though. Due to when the ILT league is plus international odis some teams would struggle to field a side if you didn't allow it.

Since handscomb now isn't going to SL and has played for the stars before it's an obvious one.

A certain scorchers fan needs to go and have a lay down with all the whinging and conspiracy theories.
To suggest the stars don’t deserve to play finals because they was 0-5 is complete rubbish, they have won 5 games in a row and look the form team of the comp and even in their first 5 games they could’ve won a couple.
Anyway I’m pumped for finals Carn the mighty Hurricanes.

TBH the Stars as an organization and for their fans mental health, needed that win and to play finals.....great comeback from that 0/5 start....Deserve to go all the way, whether they can, will always be the question.....because so far they haven't produced much since the BBL started.
