We need to do what they did in last year's Womens T20 WC and the IPL

Pre-tournament, take measurements of all the players standing in their usual batting stance. Then when they have situations like a potential waist high full toss, they measure the height of the ball as it passes the crease and compare with the pre-tournament player measurements
