a bit of a joke? a reward for a junior player? a proper contest?

from the few players i know, its defnitely not a joke but not a full on gameday type contest, no one really talks about it.

Also based on who gets selected, post season surgery/injury and general fitness etc plays a big role in who gets the gig

Would have loved to see Gourdis or Hicks in action personally

Nason finished 4th in his heat which means he runs in the main race. Was well beaten though. For mine I reckon Jetta from Sydney will win, did it easy in his heat.
