Just found out earlier that he has been delisted!...im not sure why tho??

i cant see what he has done to be dropped..his first season was pretty good and he finished top 3 goal kickers and top 10 B'n'F for the tigers.

what are your opinions on him? and will he be picked up again?
 
He is an absolute spud.

Just shows what a bad state their list is in if he finished top 10 in the B&F. He didn't really, did he?
 
You are joking... :eek: there must other probs.. injuries? attitude? Maybe they are thinking of rookie-ing him... I'd pick him up before that..

Great 1 % ers , defensive pressure player forcing the error.. needs to work on his offensive game..

He's an average football who's not part of Richmond's future, makes sense to delist him. Not worthy of a main board thread imo.

How's Alex Rance going on his own next year when you face Cloke & Dawes? Or Buddy & Roughy? Or Reidy & Goodesy?

also yeh him and farmer have..im in adelaide and work with his best mate when i was both him and ben when he got the news by his manager.

but also got told he will train with west coast hoping to be picked up due to a trade not getting done.

McGuane barely played 2nd half of 2011 and Gourdis played one match. I'd like to think Astbury and Post will step up and we have Thursfield. McGuane will be there in 2012 as will Gourdis anyway.

Players can't be delisted after 1 year. It must be his second year atleast.

And he wouldn't be delisted if he was any good.

He is a spud.
 
He didn't finish top 10 in the B&F more like 20-25th. Maybe that was last year.

Mature aged recruit that was okay early but went backwards in his 2nd year. Undersized physically with not many AFL traits and relies on work ethic. No brainer delist. Main board?
 
He finished 12th for BnF in 2010 after a decent year kicking 14 goals, but was quickly superseded this year and was an emergency at best for most games in 2011.

shows we are learning to trial players and move them on quicker then in the past, picks around 71 are going to be hit and miss.

Sums it up. Is 22 and couldn't afford to stagnate.

There was speculation Adelaide was interested as part of the Maric deal, but that may have been fluff created by his management.

NB Finished eq 12th in the b&f last year. Farmer was 14th.

Tambling, Polo and Morton had top 10 finishes two years ago, but that is old form as shown by where they are now.
 
Last years Luke Dahlhaus. Came into the side offering pressure and run, both have terrible skills and both were hyped up by commentators and club supporters.

Some numbers:

2010 - 19 games, 14 goals, 11.8 disposals, 3.4 marks, 2.5 tackles
2011 - 4 games, 3 goals, 8.8 disposals, 2.5 marks, 1.5 tackles

When you consider he has poor skills, is waaaaay too small and is already 22 it's not hard to work out.

The ONLY reason people rated him in the first place was because of his dreads. If he had short brown hair nobody would have noticed him.

Except for the fact that Dahl leads Nason in pretty much every stat with huge margins for some of the more important stats. You have nfi
