- 178 cm
- 75 kg

- small forward or wing are his best positions.

- plays for gippsland power and represented Vic Country

- has kicked 24 goals is just 9 games and has also been winning a bit of the ball and has great skills both sides of the body. One weakness i would say is sometimes drifts out of game - but when he is on he turns it on ad can win a game off his own boot.

was just wondering what other people thought of this kid? I believe he is quite a talent. And will be quite a bonus for a team that picks him up if they do!

has a great ability at reading the play and where the ball is going and has a great turn of speed. Is invited to draft camp, as i read about him in another post.

I believe he is under-rated on this site and not many people recognising him, but just wondered if anyone would like to put an opinion out there or talk about his progress and his draft chances come november??

Averaging nearly 3 goals per game as a midfielder when heavily tagged (Cannons by Caruso) is a fair effort. Invitation to Draft camp would suggest he has attracted plenty attention and won't be missed in the draft. Now stands as tall as dale.

pretty sure he is not as tall as Thomas but he would nearly read the flight of the ball off hands better, havent seen someone hit the ball at the speed he does sometimes!! not saying he is as good as him all round but getting to the fall of the ball at full speed he would be as good!! IMO

I've seen him play at Senior Level at Bunyip and for Gippsland Power. At Bunyip he definately has an influence playing midfield in a very strong team. I'm not quite sure why he doesn't play midfield more for Power. Wins lots of clearances from the centre at Bunyip.

He is flashy and a match winner. Give him a go in the midfield more Hudo!

yeh must have been a joint idea to grow the hair last year playing with each other in the same side!!

is extremely flashy and isnt quiet as tall as thomas. but can play for sure.

like budda said he can also get clearances and could be that x factor the power need to succedd in september and get him to the AFL.

the pace he hits the ball at when on is electrifying and is good to see people noting that.

This guy is a great player! to be honest i'm sure a club has to take him at some stage. He has to many good attributes to let slip i believe. Not sure where it will be - might even be a rookie. But will develop into a strong fast running crumbing forward or midfielder if need be!
When a player has great pace, brilliant ability at reading the flight path of ball and a great goal sense i cant see him being passed in the Draft. but you never know!

got toweled up by nathan jones in last years tac grand final...was applying a hard tag to jones and jones got 36 possestions to nearly win it for dandenong

sorry footypie but i am quite sure he had nothing to do with Jones at any stage in the game!
Played forward pocket for the time he was on the ground. was in the middle for about 10 minutes. Definatly was not tagging. Think you have the wrong guy. Maybe Ryan who started on him?

i stand corrected it was ryan who played on jones...good luck to young ross
It definetley wasn't Ryan either. He spent most of the game on the bench with a back injury. Spent a little time in the forward line, certainly didn't run with Jones though.

yeah i saw the game, he went quite well had around 20 possessions.. did some very very exciting things - nearly everything he did was exciting and created goals. he only kicked 1 goal i am pretty sure? and played up on the wing instead of half forward. for anyone else that was there they will 2nd my opinion that some of the packs he read and crumbed was brilliant. If he could do that for 4 quarters of a game he would be a top 30 pick i would think. just needs to work on it! good luck to him

yeah well that sounds like he went ok. Thanks WCE2006, from the sounds of it he is just going to keep improving on his ability at reading the crumbs and flight of ball.
