From that reddit thread...

This is like 5 yrs old ME, not a new one, weird how its only getting attention now

Neopets and nintendo game Animal Crossing: New Horizons both depict one cobra

Bugs Bunny episode called Water Water Every Hare, also depicts one cobra

Tv Show american princesses, season 1 episode 3, depicts tut only one cobra

Of course some remember two animals...guy when he was in junior high, King Tut exhibit in New Orleans, he remembers it as two, and even drew it for homework and always remember two, because each animal represnts a different kingdom he ruled, and he still remembers that lecture from back then

The white crown is the vulture crown, the red crown is the snake crown. The burial headdress (not a crown) has both on it.

We learned this in world history in 7th grade. Im not sure why our textbook spent so long on Egypt but it did. Maybe you confused this or, as you've suggested, depictions of Mummies (aka fiction / cinema) with the time you've spent actually looking carefully at the sarcophagus of Tut.

A lot of other pharoahs all have one snake, only tut has two animals. But he has a crown just for the vukture, a crown just for the snake, as well as the burial death mask that depicts both.....so it says.

Hi GG

Sorry to be pedantic, but this is one of the oddest words of all. It's actually spelled "pharaoh", ie. the 'a' before the 'o'. Weird, huh?

It came up in my feed someone suggesting new ME - that crappy movie from a while back Cowboys vs Aliens with Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford is now just “Cowboys and Aliens”

I swear I remember this movie being Cowboys vs. Aliens not Cowboys and Aliens, so you aren't alone.

Hmm, I initially thought it was “VS” but the more I think about it, & makes more sense? I’m guessing it’s a play on cowboys and Indians, so it’s cowboys and aliens. It was never cowboys vs Indians
Exactly how i see the logic behind it. But i do SEEM to remember it being vs

You SEEM to remember an inordinate amount of things wrong. Trying to push an agenda much?

It was always Cowboys and Aliens

Like 99.99% of "Mandela Effects" they're all super explainable because In/and/the are super similar and virtually interchangeable

Except there always seems to be residue of the "mis-remembered" thing. Actual articles, movie reviews, etc, where the title is the other.

There are a number of MEs that are mind blowing.

My top ones are.... Dolly not having braces in Moonraker, Monopoly man not having a monocle, "thats not a knife, thats a knife" as if, the thinker statue, Danielle Steel/e, Barbra/Barbara Streisand, Sally Field/s, Christopher Reeve/s....just to name a few off the top of my head

Fruit Loops / Froot Loops
Loony Toons / Loony Tunes

I remember there was a time a few years ago when Fruit Loops was supposedly what it always was, and Froot Loops was mis-remembered, and then recently its flipped again, in super markets now they all say Froot Loops.

Kit-Kat is another big one. As if there was never the hyphen
