Best and Fairest

Just wondering if you guys could help me with who you think would be leading your best and fairest atm. Im in a comp which picks B&F's from each club and I got stuck at carlton. No real standout player this year like 04 where Teague and lappin had great seasons. Help please!!!

If Fev fires up for the last half of the season and kicks 5 a game like he did on Saturday than he will win it.

kouta probably at this mark.. jarad waite up there... no one else has really been that consistent this season

French early was a standout. If Stevens can find a bit of form in the 2nd half of the season then don't write him off. Lappin and Kouta as well.

Kouta and Waite are out there in front. Whitnall starting to come home strong. Lappin for consistency and to make up for last year might be a show.

french will get votes early on but kouta has been our most consistent

our B&F's don't generally go to players with the most stats, but to players who do the team things and are consistent.

Stevens had a few top games early on... Kouta should be leading, if not it's a gross injustice.

With Teague winning it last year, the people giving the votes are obviously in the know as to which players have certain jobs etc, which may not register with the 'Joe Bloggs in the outer' supporter.... and the media votes are only based on who got the most kicks or kicked most goals.

That said, it would not surprise to see Thornton or Carazzo up there come seasons end.

There is only 3 realistic chances. Waite, Lappin and Kouta. Personally i'd like to see Waite win it, he is clearly the best young talent we down there and has the potential to win games on his own (like against Hawthorn).

French would have been leading easy till he got injured.. Koutas played 6 good games so hes probably in the lead now. Id like to see Thorton up there though he does a great job considering our midfield let opposition run down the ground in numbers every game
