Who do you consider the best father/son combinations in footy history?

I'd go:
1) The Silvagnis
2) The Abletts (although Gary and Nathan could still push up to top spot)
3) The Barassis
4) The Whittens

I'm having a bit of a mental blank about what other great father/sons there are. Where would father/sons like the Cousins' and Cornes' fit in?
Cheerio!

Paul Hudson was pretty good. Nowhere near as good as his old man, but still made All-Australian and kicked about 400 goals.
His old man is a bona-fide legend of the game.

Sergio Silvagni and Ken Fletcher captained their clubs, but were nowhere near as good as Huddo.
Serge + Steve = Peter + Paul

Matthew Robran was okay, not great; his old man was a champion.
Not sure about Bryan Cousins, or Bull Richardson.

Without doubt, the best father/son combo are the Abletts, Gary Sr and Gary Jr.
Still early days for Junior, but only a tool would deny his ability.
