Can't think of a bloke more deserving of the milestone and it's sensational that he brings it up during a finals series. The bloke absolutely bleeds Blue, Red and White and will be sorely missed by all his supporters.

The doggies might even be a strange sort of a chance against the eagles.

Yep, Eags are playing the side that rolled them at home earlier in the year with two three hundred game milestones and a running game that can match theirs.

I still think WC will win but it should be a belter. Hope they kill each other in preparation for the prelim.

Smith and West will become only the 51st and 52nd player to reach 300 games in VFL/AFL history. It's quite clear that anyone who reaches 300 games deserves it.

Nobody represent the bulldogs spirit as Smith does and just for that makes him a legend of the club and i can't think of another bulldogs player more worthy to make 300 games for the club. Other then the players that already have.

Sure - he rubs people up the wrong way with his perceived arrogance, but hell, the guy can play. He isn't the first person to have made a mistake with club choice - it was his boyhood dream to play for Collingwood.
