Attending the games is best. Though the process of leaving the ground after the game is a pain in the friggin arse.

Attending but these days I live in a place where they still call footy aerial ping pong so apart from a couple of matches a year it has to be tv.

8/10 times I prefer to go.

But sometimes it’s bloody nice kicking the feet up and watching on the TV. You also do pick up a lot on the TV that you miss at games.

Hate watching my own club in a big game at the pub, way too many distractions and what not. If my team ever got into a GF and I missed out on tickets, I’m locking myself in a room and watching solo. No way I’d attend a pub or party whilst trying to enjoy the game.

I don't attend every home game - not even close. But being there in person is still the best. There's nothing like experiencing the atmosphere and being part of it by barracking. I'm a hard barracker - it makes it more fun and what's the point of showing up to support your team if you're not going to make some noise?

Attending has the added bonus of not hearing the dumb commentators trying to make the show about them.
