The 67-96 Denver Broncos, The Browns, The old Seahawks, the current Giants and especially the Lance Alworth era Chargers powder blue w/ individually numbered helmets.
How did you start following the NFL?
Chanced upon the Pats/Bears Superbowl in the mid 80's at age 9 and wondered why the hell the guy who just scored had to leave the field.
What do you enjoy most about the NFL?
The strategy and seeing a team run it perfectly, like TD peeling out behind Zimmerman and Schlereth, picking the lane and powering through it. Seemed like 4 guaranteed yards, at least, every time.
On the other hand, I loved the improvisation of Elway and the freelancing QB's.
What NFL gear do you own?
About 4 different Elway jerseys from mid 80's through to late 90's

Firstly I was intrigued in the early 80's than late in the 80's I was hooked. Watching #26 for the Steelers making play after play...just amazed me.

most of you have already nailed it... the sheer dynamics really.

Woodson (#26 home guernsey) Polamalu (#43 SB XL road guernsey), Terrible Towel and heaps of other stuff too much to mention. Have every team's pin & shotglasses also.

Nah , i've been in the same place the whole time Mizza , i usually just read what everyone posts , very rarely post myself unless i actually have an opinion on the matter.

i'm usually in the Draft/Trading forum reading all the gossip on who's going where and who everyone thinks will be drafted to their team , or in the collingwood forum just reading what my fellow supporters have to say about matters at the club.

but i really see that the American football forum is starting to really pick up so i thought i may aswell put my two cents in where i see fit.

Power and speed, big hits, game breaking moments that can come from seemingly nowhere but you know have been planned to the last.

Interesting, because I was going to buy a Ravens jersey last year to add to my collection, and I felt the black version was definitely the best one. Purple is just wrong. What I like about the Ravens jersey which makes it stand out so much - the font of the numbers, and the coat of arms sleeve badges.

I also wish they had been able to keep the original B logo with wings. That was very cool.

Its different. Too many teams with the same colours, the minute I see purple, I think Baltimore. It stands out. I also love the number font the Ravens use. Would love the bucs to change to the font used on our practice jerseys
