Just remembered a mark by Carey (don't know when or against which team) where he led from the goal square into a pocket then back to the goal square with the flight of the ball and took it over the pack on his chest.

The video footage got replayed for quite some time.

That one was against Port Adelaide in the first final in 1999. Put in heaps of hard work.

So many good Carey marks. I DO remember being honestly jolted by that "slips catch" one against the Doggies. Too bad he missed the bloody shot for goal though
