Dragusin/Davies were pretty solid. Lot more reliable than our full backs.

Yeah I know, just commenting they weren't a cause for concern today but agreed Dragusin hadn't done much to impress me prior.

We really can't take a trick with injuries at the moment. On one hand we were stuffed with that lineup and I'm happy with the point, we have lacked the ability to grind out draws, it's either great win or a goal defeats, so that's a positive

But on the other hand really disappointing to see some expected shortcomings costing us, and not being brave enough to try something different.

1. Porro and Udogie are gassed. Ray Charles could see that much! Give Spence a run in the league

2. Don't blame ange at all for resting Kulu. But play Bergvall over Sarr

3. Not critical of going with Bissouma for today's game. But give Gray a go there during this Bentancur ban please!

4. Solanke a late out really hurt us. When it came time to make the changes, surely Sarr for Kulu and one of Son or Werner off for an actual striker like Lankshear would have been the go.

Now more than ever is the time to have a go and blood some of the outer squad members. Too many games in a short span with a number of major outs

I think Solanke out is the biggest issue. Spurs wingers don't progress the ball so they need a target man for build up play. It's critical to how ange wants to play. Not surprised with the result when you're missing Both strikers and CBs

Feeling like a "we'll finish 7th but win a cup" season... but the cup may not eventuate.

I'd be extremely happy with that. My ideal outcome this season is to win the Europa. Couldn't care less about league position if we manage that.

With Chelsea awake now the task of finishing top 4 is even harder. The squads the top teams have compared to spurs is wild.
I can't see spurs getting anywhere near the title for years without like 3 majorly successful summer transfer windows.

Not really. He's got 3 assists this season. Not amazing numbers. My issue with Udogie is his one wood was being a 10/10 defender and that's dropped to a 5 or 6

Udogien has 1 assist in 17 games in all comps not sure where you got 3 from

I read his 2 Nations league Italy assists as Europa league, my bad

Still my points more that I was okay with sub par attacking output from him when he was a rock pre injury last season. This year he looks average defensively. Overused and worn out

If you just read some things without context you'd think Spurs are absolutely flying

Best attack in the league
4th best defence in the league
Brennan Johnson 10 goals in all comps
Kulu moved central and been a gun
No longer reliant on Maddison
Beat City, Villa and Utd 11-1

Conversely

1 point from 9 against Palace, Leicester and Ipswich
Vicario out for months
Both CBs missing games
Both strikers missing games
No depth out wide because of injuries
Son definitely declining
Both full backs no attacking output
Only Solanke as a signing has made an impact

All things considered upper mid table feels about right

Johnson on the left is strange for me, guessing Kulus gonna be delivering alot of crosses from out to in because nothings going to be across the box.

Only player on the bench capable of playing midfield is Bergvall with Kulu up front and Gray in midfield.

I will post some thoughts here from my time at the game on Sunday soon (stadium is amzing) but being surrounded by die hard fans these are some thoughts that they had:

1) Son is done, and most feel that he should be moved on. Absolute champion but isn't what he use to be which is fair given he is 32 and his pace is his strength.

2) Johnson cops a battering from the fans because he is lazy. Seeing it first hand, the bloke rarely tracks back and the amount of shouting "track him Johnson ffs" was crazy.

3) They like Drag but feel he is a little slow at times.

4) Really have rated Foster since he has stepped up the last few weeks and not as concerned with him being there, he is much stronger in the air than Vicario and it was clear on Sunday.

5) Werner - gasps, groans and cheers when he was finally subbed off. No surprise.

6) Ben Davis highly rated for how he has steppe dup out of a position not designed for him, real club favourite.

There were a few more points, but I can't remember as I was about 15 beers deep by end of the match.
