He's one of the players on the fringe competing for the last few spots.

His best is good enough if he is injury free. Last year he was very restricted with foot injury.
I like him as a back pocket/small defender. Probably competing with Bond for a spot. Give him a job on the opposition dangerous small forward. He's got the pace, the strength and the ball use out of the back line to become attacking as well. The criticism of him up on the wing or on ball is he doesn't find it enough and I think that is fair enough. I think he is suited to a lock down type role and has the ability to expand from there. Maybe more so than Bond.

Apologies to everyone but despite my best intentions I could not find where the boys were training today.

They were not at Elizabeth, Richmond or West Lakes

I also drove to Unley for a no show there

Maybe they were at Noarlunga.

They are not making life easy so no reports this week.

We will hopefully be back on track next year. Merry Christmas to you all

Wandered out to our school oval (Westminster School) and found the boys training this morning! Last session for the year. Not going to attempt any real comment as in awe of what Bigman does. However can say that Lachlan McAndrew is easily taller than any Crows player, Sid Draper is certainly up and about and Thilthorpe is one huge unit.

Wow I honestly thought you lived across from where the Crows train but you're telling me you are driving around trying to find them? That's commitment and dedication

On a different topic, has anyone had any substantial weights room gains this offseason?

Hard to tell with Insta stories
Might have to wait till around February, to see the real benefits of a solid 3-4 months of preseason weight training.

What I found most interesting, is that players do/did very little heavy lifting when the season begins. During the season its really about maintenance. Mind you Im only talking about the late 2010s period and off that basis alone, when I would see Crows players train at my old gym.
