Papley and #25 for #9 and #47 is a deal I can get behind, just want us to maintain a pick in the top 30 of this draft, but I guess that depends on what we're trying to get for our future first.

If that doesn't come to pass, I'd want Martin and #20 for #25 and our future 2nd.

Not sure these make sense - your first trade values Papley at Pick 17 and your second trade values Martin at about Pick 35. But you’re entitled to your opinion and we never know what SOS can pull off.

But interested to know who you would pick up if we did take say a Pick 20 or 25 to the draft?

Papley wont get much back if anything -certainly not 25

Any chance we can have a 'Guess the player' thread seperate to this one? :)

Different posters are likely to have names as being the party the CFC are interested in.
I have a name too and he doesn't wear the number 7.

All we have to know is that next years first will be on offer for the right player. Lots can happen from tomorrow until end of the trade period.
I'd still side on that last piece not to fall, but it may.
Does the name you have start with a C & end with an H...........and have a first name starting with B.........maybe/maybe not, but time or SOS will tell (if he lands him that is)

Lol Marc Murphy wants to play for Fitzroy in Brisbane

Marc Murphy wants to honour his father who played in Brisbane between 1967-1977 when they were known as the Fitzroy Brizzy FC.

GET EXCITED!

* Individual results will vary. Trades may or may not be completed until 5 minutes before deadline. If pain persists, please consult your list manager.

I’m awake and excited.

Have an “out of office day” - Trade Radio heaven!!

Go Blues.

Surely thats worthy of a ban. Possibly one of the dumbest things ive read today.
Two quick clicks will get you to 'your content'. Pretty rich pickings there...

And what is it about Viney you like by the way? His speed? Damaging ball use? Versatility?

You want to see where a one paced group of inside mids gets us check out 17th on the ladder.

If this rumour has any legs, Iwonder if he's being pushed by the club to make extra money available for our un-named big fish?

No doubting that the rumour might have legs but a reputable source wouldn’t make such an error in saying Marc Murphy’s dad played for a club called Brisbane. A real ITK would know what they’re saying.

Personally, I think there's no chance Marc Murphy gets shunted out the door. He's done enough for the club to deserve the shot at a Shane Crawford fairytale. I'd also think he's a good enough leader and clubman to accept he's no longer a top dollar player. Maybe I'm wrong, but everyone would seem to be level-headed and straightforward on where Murph is at.

I am considering not getting out of bed until at least one trade has been put in.
