Love the enthusiasm but you need to curb the expectations on Docherty.

Back to back ACL and hasn’t played in over two years. Probability of him being the same player as he was pre injury is low.

The sad reality is he hasn’t set foot on the field for 2 years. We don’t know what version of the Doc we’re going to get.

You are right about giving him time to adjust/recover, I will just be happy to see him out on the field again, plus his on field leadership and poise is invaluable
