Haha I like how a small sentence was extracted from a whole post. Maybe being a westie I might see things differently to you lot (eastsiders, bayside perhaps?)

Like I said, strikes me as having tickets on himself. Plenty of shirtless shots, Louis V, shows off his situation etc.
If it weren't for the beyond blue posts I'd be worried.

I align that with what some that have sources close to him, have said here, and I make my assumption. Doesn't mean I'm right, doesn't mean I'm wrong.

And no, I'm not gluten intolerant

Fit 20yo lad posts shirtless photo on social media.

Delist.

In other news, hipster posts photo of their coffee, emo listens to Greenday, my mum listens to John Farnham, FerrisB reposts a rumour in the Bluemour thread, and the sun rose this morning

Unlike your good self Jobe did hold the title which he was later stripped of. He is no longer. But once was.
Whenever I fill out a Vic roads form I always tick Dr. Instead of mister because it makes me proud to think I'm a doctor when I get notices in the mail. I like to think the mailman thinks 'hey man, good effort being a doctor and still being so humble that you live in this shithole'

However the truth is although I am referred to as a doctor by mail I am not a doctor. The Brownlow is the doctor title and I am Jobe in this situation

I can kind of seeing where you're coming from, but in fairness if I was in as good of shape as he is I wouldn't be wearing a shirt much either.

Different sport, and vastly different country, but look at the Lakers boys with their tops off all over the shop...

Im not big on all out arrogance but you need a bit to make it in any sport, let alone at the top level

Think we could do with going a touch easier on our boys sometimes - me very much included

The vibes on charlies instagram lately have been nothing short of immaculate. The maturity has come and i have no doubt he is going to kick 50 next year

It's like he's a new recruit!! Add Williams, Saad, a fit and healthy Marchbank who I rate extremely highly, plus hopefully one more decent mid and It's going to be a bloody exciting team to watch!!

I have read a few posts about Dow, Kennedy, JSOS and now Stocker and about how some or all aren’t seen favourably by Teague and he may get them moved on. I disagree wholeheartedly with this premise.

So, I contacted an old school mate, who is a multi premiership ex-player with the club and asked his view. Straight up, he said Bullshit. Teague has one vote. He asks the recruiters to get him certain types for his game plan and advises if a player isn’t up to it or not playing to the game plan. The match committee, the recruiting team, CEO, GM and President all have a say with player movement as well as the coach. So those saying Teague don’t like him he’ll get moved, please stop, you’re wrong and it just puts more BS into the forum.

Get your bow....make it a long one.

Good post Sheepy. To think one person has all the power in recruiting, trading and delisting is ridiculous, whether it be Teague, Bolton, Liddell or SOS in the past 👍

The history of pick 3 is littered with busts and just OKs. It gets skewed a bit by Judd, but pick 3 mids gives you the likes of Xavier Ellis, Dom Tyson and Jack Billings. Paddy has the talent and athletic traits to become a really good solid footballer and I wouldn't be writing him off completely just yet. Let's hope he can get a decent run at it injury-wise and he can come on.

Just changing topic a bit, given that we have severed ties with Northern, has anyone got any inkling of what we are going to do next season in terms of a seconds side? Clearly, the scratch matches did very little to aid the development of our players this year. I fear another year of similar will be the final nail in the coffin for some of these young blokes, ala Dow, LOB, Owies etc
Got to build our own stand alone 2's if we are going to develop kids properly. You hand over too much control with affiliate clubs. The Northern Blues were where players went to die a slow death. Havent heard that this is what they are going to do next year but I know it was the preferred option a couple of seasons ago. Good opportunity to now do it.

Just on Stocker...

It is interesting that his recent "thanks for all the support" post has no comments from Carlton players other than one comment from Liam Jones. Take what you can from that but I infer from that, either he's not well liked at the club or his decision to return from the hub was not well liked among the team. Interesting.

Not far off the mark..

Because clubs will be asking about some of our younger players, as they can see a lack of opportunity afforded to them, given where they are.
Every club has to be doing this and if not, they're not doing their homework.

It's an easy sell for a club coming along and tell players that they won't be best 22 starers here, but they will be there.
It's all the easier when you have a coach that's respected amongst the ranks, or a club that simply has a history of doing things well.

It's really no big deal and we best get used to it.

Its actually a good sign that points us to becoming a good team.

In years gone by these kids would have been best 22 but now we are getting the likes of Williams and Saad.

The CarltonFC Instagram page literally had to disable comments on Mitch McGoverns birthday post because of foul comments. Some people have no shame whatsoever. They most likely ruined his birthday!
Not something I would do. However the internet fame etc is the reason someone like Mitch isn't collecting trollies at safeway mate. Have to take the good with the bad.
