I think it's more specifically re joining Essendon and not another club.

He'd be happy to be in Melbourne, hence approving the trade, but Essendon wasn't the ideal landing spot.

If we do somehow end up keeping 8 I hope we find a way to get Grainger Barrass who might just be out of touch.

Really keen to get the Bombers future 2nd if that proposed trade.
Gives us a really strong hand next year (assuming we finish 6-8th) with say Pick 10-12, Pick 19-22, Pick 28-30.
We can use this in either a trade for an established player or go to the draft which will be stacked with players who missed out this year due to no exposure.

It's been reported multiple times that we didnt like this draft so its a massive win for us.
Take pick 27 and 45 to the draft this year and try to find a diamond. Although 45 may go for Fogarty.
