According to the Hun, Voss is front runner now, and SEN's Kornes reckons Carlton will choose Voss over Kingsley.

Apparently Voss has done a lot of work on leadership and relationship building training, so he may be a pretty good coach second time round. Guess we have to trust the process has thoroughly evaluated that.
