If Sheedy genuinely wants the best for Essendon then he needs to step down.
He's done so many fantastic things for the game and the club, but right now he's tarnishing his legacy.
I've gone from thinking he was a genius to thinking he's a megalomaniac, which is sad.
The club needs a singular direction, preferably up but until Dodoro and Sheedy are gone, this will NEVER happen, no success.
Red Bull made me really think about this last night, he is completely right.

It seems strange, but when searching for a solid reason I would say it’s because he watches every VFL game live so could talk to performance,
If the coach trusts his judgement.

I guess it depends on how democratic the process is, if it is mostly the coach making final decisions, and they have the humility to listen to different opinion, then the more the merrier.

The only thing I like about this is that Damo is the kind of person who will use his platform to go on and on and on about this shit until he's in a position to say either 'I told you so' or 'It's about time.'

In the meantime, the noise will only get louder until something else gives way.
