I agree. No rush. Makes perfect sense for him to prove his worth in 2025.

I don't think so. He's contracted until 2026. Expecting a big 25 for him & he can then be paid what he's worth.

And we'll know how much $ we have available in the salary cap after a few retirements.

Don’t begrudge Bobby in aiming to do better with his contract. We got him cheaply and within 12 months he starred in a Grand Final, won a premiership medal and the Norm Smith.

While his 2024 season didn’t quite reach those heights, the guy is a ripper player. We did extremely well out of that deal.
