.... I wanted to wait until or if the case was proven. You know, due process?
Why?
Dank said in an newspaper article that he gave the players TB4.
Isn't that the end of it? Based on your current argument?

the court of public opinion is the only court this will ever be heard in. That's why they did it, because they had no other recourse. See my post above. What exactly are you expecting to come from the allegations?
The truth may expose bad peopleMaybe some truth.
It's actually all I've ever been interested in.
Still baffles me that Essendon people don't.
what? How so, exactly?Why?

No Lance, what I have learnt from this saga is to ignore the 'precision' of what is said for the most part.
Yep, ignore what he's precisely said, and justify it by some ridiculous means, and then continue to assume everything he says is truth because it fits your preconceived world view.
What was that I said earlier about watching the cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias? Brilliant!
who knows? That's the exact pointDid he ever make the untrue allegations he was planning to make?
I think you're a bit confused dude. This was said by Elliot Snr, at daytime (otherwise known as the calm light of day), in a cafe, to Xavier Campbell's face...
yes but my point is also that you can't know, and therefore that you can't in any good sense take anything claimed at face value as a result, because you don't know if it's true or it's mud that isn't trueFair enough, doesn't mean he followed through with the threat to make shit up though. Which was my main point. Saying you can and actually doing it are two different things
Sounds like a classy guy though. Must be the name.

indeed, they should just submit meekly to being blackmailed by some pissant so that the HTB can run their dumpling sessions without being troubled by pesky doubts about what's being said! What happens at The Delicious Afare should stay at The Delicious Afare, unless of course some non-entity deadshit like Xavier Campbell is going Snowden and recording meetings with staffer's parents.
And of course the player's Mum was really Caro ringing up to MAKE THE POOR BOMBERS LOOK BAD.
What a freakin' joke of an organisation.
Caro was Sarah then , more BF truth, dont forget fishadancin broke the story months earlierWhat happens at The Delicious Afare should stay at The Delicious Afare, unless of course some non-entity deadshit like Xavier Campbell is going Snowden and recording meetings with staffer's parents.

Apparently there was.
The thing that struck me first was that deleted emails should still be recoverable, if not from the email servers, then surely from the backups. I would anticipate that an organisation of EFC's size and scope, they would use something like Microsoft Exchange Server, which would make recovering deleted emails much easier. Even if they used an external provider, recovering deleted emails should be possible.
Deleting email trails at the server level can be done but its easy to miss stuff. Reliable deletions is not a straightforward business. Even the use of anti-forensic tools is anything but reliable in most situations.
Plus they had access to phones as well.
Making sure you got rid of every trace of emails with that material on would be extremely difficult. I doubt it could be reliably done myself. The big accounting firms do have access to people who can recover these things.
That said, we don't know what email were found as that information has never been published.
That deadshit Xavier Campbell is clearly a lot smarter then Mr Elliott and come to the meeting far more prepared then the dumb ass thug making threats of extortion. If the tone of Mr Elliott is correct also, you probably wouldn't put physical violence beyond him, but you know 'what happens at The Delicious Afare, should stay at The Delicious Afare'.What happens at The Delicious Afare should stay at The Delicious Afare, unless of course some non-entity deadshit like Xavier Campbell is going Snowden and recording meetings with staffer's parents.

Drain the essendon swampLOCK THEM UP! LOCK THEM UP!
Essendon drugs story won't end. Failing club should tell the truth. Sad!
BurnMan, St Kilda are $11m in debt FFS!
Essendon could not field a team for a decade and still walk back in with 60k members and get primetime fixtures from the AFL.
Burn

How so?Except Xavier Campbell is now the one on the front page of the Herald Sun looking like an incompetent stooge who couldn't run a cake stall.

Makes good economic sense, minnows have proven time and time again why they remain minnows.I'm not flattering Essendon dude.
I'm highlighting the AFL's 'trickle down economics' approach to running the game and how they've built up Essendon with hand outs for the past 2 decades.
My point was that the way the AFL prop up the big clubs, means that Essendon missing a season would have hurt the AFL bad in the short term, but they'd have had them back up and running in no time.
How so?
