One thing discussed on the Prendercast pod was the need for someone to be questioning decisions rather than being "yes" men. Do we have such a person? Are they getting a say? Should that be Lloyd himself or should he ensure we have someone? The context was that we seem to have made a lot of poor decisions over the last few months. Hard to say without inside perspective. Maybe we have someone and it could have been worse if not for them?

I think Lloyd needs to be held accountable. All of the areas of concern, he is ultimately responsible for and has a big say in.

Certainly needs review but by that logic Cook is actually responsible or the board for that matter.

Not really, Cooks position covers the club as a whole whereas Lloyd is football operations

Forgot Wright was recently retired. He would be ideal. Hopefully a rest until 2025 is all he needed.
