Prediction: it is not over.

But is there anywhere you can appeal CAS findings to?
This side of it is done.

What happens next is for the Essendon players to sue Hird and the Bombers for this systematic doping... and I hope they take them for a whole lot. A message must be sent that this type of systematic doping is absolutely not on and must never happen again.

Swiss federal court of appeal or something like that, according to the ABC this morning.

While as an Aussie rules fan Im happy with the result.
As a Port supporter it sucks losing Ryder, Monfries.

However this is the reason Port tried to lowball Ryder trade deal.

Really feel sorry for the players at the moment.

I think we can all agree that they have largely been a victim to the "system"... although that doesn't excuse them for allowing it to happen. They clearly should've known something wasn't kosher, and could've not complied, or reported it, at any stage.
Thats not to say that they also then don't have grounds to sue the club for unduly influencing them to take part, and from systematically doping them, and then getting rid of all the evidence.

The International Court of Justice in The Hague.
But, seriously, as one of our fellow posters said, the Cronulla players copped it sweet and got it over and done with.
This whole thing has damaged our game.

^I think that was me.
To think this could've all been over and done with 2 years ago if the club and players just copped that they'd done the wrong thing.
