West Coast has kept Cousins on its list for the moment for legal reasons.
The commission can only charge Cousins for bringing the game into disrepute if he is a listed player.
I wonder if this was done because WC kept him on their list?
They would not have been able to touch him if He was delisted.
Are the AFL upset with this because it stops Ben nominating for the draft?
Does this mean if the commission delist him on the 19th that any settlement form WC will be included in the 2007 cap?
