So would I , has been incredibly loyal, like Richo before him could quite easily have turned his back like they all do at Melbourne however the club Always meant something to lids and he always recommitted. I'd hate to think that was all for nothing in the end

the fact we were only aiming for finals probably pissed him off pretty bad, having his hopes raised on false pretenses then crushed when the topup players fell away. other than maybe maric he is the one who seems to demand performance and effort the most.

Love Lids but now is the perfect time for club and player to part. We've had 11 seasons in which to build a proper team around him.

If he does leave, I hope he ends up at GWS. Better trade partner and it'd be a little exciting to see Lids running around with serious quality.

If we were smart and if lids wanted a flag which we cannot do at the moment, i would deal with gws only as they have first rounders and truckload of talent not getting games. I would want at least a 3 for 1 deal soemthing like that

Surely Wayne Campbell can help give the tigers something decent back in any deal with gws

A fit and firing Lids is our best player by the length of the straight, absolutely breaks games apart.

Would hurt to see him in a different jumper, but I can see the merit in cashing our chips now if they don't think he's ever going to be able to play 15+ games again.
