Disagree. Should be based on the post QF/EF seedlings. If you drop a final you don’t deserve to host over a top four side that hasn’t.

Port got beaten by the 3rd ranked team.

Brisbane beat the worst team I've seen qualify for finals since I've been watching footy, who performed accordingly.

Any of those sounds like an absolute ripper.

Happy to have the game moved to the SCG or Adelaide Oval if the Melbourne based supporters get sulky and don't want to go. Could make an argument for having it in Geelong also if its Port vs Geelong.

There honestly isn't one Grand Final match up I'm all that interested in now.

Hoping the Giants win it personally. But that will mean we get an all Sydney Grand Final which will be a little deflating from an atmosphere perspective.

We saw it last year when Collingwood played Brisbane in the GF 20 years after they played off in the '03 GF.

Plus, several father-son combos in both GFs this year - Ashcroft, Burgoyne etc.

Would feel like a step back in time in a lot of ways.
