I like it, great to see Brisbane paying tribute to the old Fitzroy heritage.

I actually tipped Brisbane to win today as I thought they would be fired up to play well playing in the old school Fitzroy jumpers and having their Hall of Fame function tonight.

Actually the port Magpies were formed in 1997 to play in the SANFL after PAFC joined the AFL. However they merged last year and are one club.

Don't let the nickname fool you - we were around for more than 30 years before we became the Magpies (prior to that we were variously known as the Dustholians, the Mudholians, the Seaside Men, the Cockledivers and the Magentas... and you thought "Power" was bad!)

Bottom line - we are Port Adelaide.
