You’ve found one example. Just about every game Neale has over-polled. Neale didn’t deserve 1 vote last round. 6 freebies in 2 games where he shouldn’t of got any.

Thought this was one of his best seasons. Considered him a shoe-in when Daicos went down.

A couple of funny ones when English has scored the 3, in games where I distinctly remember Bont being better.

I’m not sure what he’s done to piss off some umpires, but he was bog in about 7-9 games this year and in the top three in at least another 6-7. Maybe he needs to just handball sideways more and hope the umps gift him three votes even when his teammates stuff the stats sheet.

Even taking the bulldogs bias aside, Butters and Daicos has seasons that were light years better than Neale and they’ll be lucky to get within ten votes of him.

I dislike Petracca almost as much as any other player in the comp. But he at least deserves to be in the conversation this year so I hope he wins.
