One of the great AFL mysteries is why Bucky isn't in the AFL Hall of Fame. Surely he should have been in well and truly before guys like Gavin Brown, Paul Salmon, Mark Bickley and Micheal Long. Shows what a joke the selection panel is.

He did not play for the pies, filth, crows or dog botherers, so of course he is not in the AFL "promoting the dickh**d sides" Hall of Fame.

I suppose it is very similar to the wasy the two ends at the Dump Lands crap heap are named Lockett and Coventry rather than Hudson and Coleman.

Always wondered about the origin of his surname... Any ideas?

I had always assumed it was Irish, but in fact it is from Yorkshire and Humberside, and it is exceptionally rare.
