If I'm Pegula, I'm doing the following at a minimum in the next couple of weeks:

- letting McD know that if we miss playoffs it's Dorsey gone at the end of the season

- letting McD know that if we don't make it to a Superbowl by February 2025 - you're fired!

The defence gets a pass because of the horrific injury toll.

But the offense is poor. We are wasting Josh's best years. And as some of you are indicating above, I'd have no objections if Dorsey was fired in the next few weeks.

And Beane needs to be called into the office for a please explain as well.

Think I mentioned on here when I was LA we were staying in the same place as Stevie Johnsons aunt ( ex Bills not Geelong )
She saw me wearing a Bills shirt so whenever we crossed paths she stopped for a chat .

Stevie is still very well connected and she told me the coaches etc were told it was AFC champ game minimum this year ......or moves and changes would happen.
So we will see I guess

Ahh OK I'm not super versed in the cap for NFL, assumed if you put guys on IR you get the cap space to possibly make moves.

Been some rotten luck on defense with injury

Yeah, it's fair to say we have been a little short-changed in the luck department when it comes to injuries to our difference makers.

Well that was a grind . Bit better than the last few weeks but look consistently off the boil .
Lots of errors that let the oppo back in , quite frustrating to watch


Like what Kincaid brings, think we will start using him more ( or should )
Will have to step it up a lot next week , Bengals feel a bad matchup for us

On paper, and with the loose change we had in cap space, I reckon Beane has pulled off a minor miracle.

The questions will be:

1. How bad is Harris injury and will Fournette be productive? - he's still only 29.

2. Will Douglas become our defacto number 1 CB? The form guide would suggest that he will.

3. How much juice does a 35 year old Joseph have left in the tank? Came in at the same stage last year for Philly and improved their already stout defence.

I'm quietly confident they will all make a positive impact.

I wasnt expecting to win today in fact I was pretty suprised people were actually tipping us . Not many but a few .

Im happy to admit I chickened out watching. Without being dramatic I just wanted to get this game over with and move in .
I was hoping we would get them first game just to pull the bandaid off as far as Cincy @ Cincy goes.

Have watched the replay though . Genuine middle team at the minute .
Frustrating to watch and so many little errors at bad times.

Im confident we will get a lot better but time is against us this season.
But hard calls need to be made .

We are officially the worst defence in the NFL the last 5 games. Not that the defence is our biggest issue given the injuries.

Another limp-wristed effort on offence means that the blow torch should be turned onto Dorsey, who has only lost Dawson Knox and Damien Harris to injury.

Things look so discouraging at the moment that a home game against Denver is now a genuine toss-up. Let that sink in for a minute.

Need to win both against Broncos and Jets to make playoffs .
Both very much 50/50 games on form .

On form we will drop one and it forces tough calls for 2024 if we want to be amongst it . And we should be.

Yes no chance. I do think they are flat trackers though and wont go too far in the playoffs .

A lot of issues are very fixable , just not this season .
You often see contending teams have a down year then rebound and hopefully thats us .
