It's definitely an improvement on last year.

However, I still need to see more of Spencer against elite edge rushers before I am convinced that we have an elite or even very good line.

McGovern and, in particular, Torrence have been big and welcome additions.

This team goes as far as the O-line allows Josh that extra 0.5 seconds he needs to apply the blowtorch.
Please keep posting . Your insights into the game are great reading .

I think we look better than last season , bar first game which at this stage looks an anomoly

Bit of a dilemma tonight. Early bed, get up and watch, back to bed? Or watch on delay before work?

Yeah I'm having a similar conundrum. I know if I start watch I won't go to sleep and I will be rotten as tomorrow haha

Im going delay . Im normally up at 5.30 so will get up at 5 and go the replay on kayo.

I know laat season you could get the replay on 7 plus for a little , not sure now.

Feel like Im watching the same movie over again .
Get W's some momentum then drop a game we would have pencilled in and lose key personal to injury .

Our schedule home is super tough so we really cant afford another slip up over the next month .

Edit - didnt realise the Jags had been over there for over a week and we did a fly in , fly out. Probably not a great prep

I know the stats don't necessarily corroborate it, but I feel it's the same old problem at the end of the day: Can't consistently defend the rush AND can't consistently rush the ball.

Hate to sound like a broken record, but...

10 rushes for 15 yards from our 3 RBs.

If we put aside the fact that we were playing a home game against a team who were already acclimatised to playing in London, this was a grand failure on the offensive coordinator, who must now come under some major scrutiny.

We have pummeled teams using play action, and yet we were constantly banging our heads in shotgun. Or should I say "shooting ourselves in the foot"?

The other thing to note is that the O-line got badly out-muscled today.

And if the early injury reports are accurate, we will be down 2 All-Pro defenders and another in Jones who was an early AP candidate.

It's going to be a tough task this year.

Forget the loss, which was honourable for so many reasons, but the season ended today.

Milano's versatility covered so many holes on the defence. He's now gone. Tre done for the year. Jones was a monster and if that's a torn pectoral his season is done too.

Josh now needs to play hero ball as the defence won't be dominant. He's more than capable of course but for 12 more games plus playoffs?

I shall never watch on delay again. Too many bad things happen. Watch or listen live from now on.

Strange game, amongst a sea of strange games today.

Three scoreless quarters was absolutely not expected.
But the undermanned defence were again wonderful. Elam is a worry, but they are a terrific unit.

Nice to see Taylor and Daboll return to Orchard Park.
Tyrod was the main QB during my early Bills supporter years, and I think his play, the playoff run, breaking the drought, were instrumental to this more recent success. Gave a lot of belief to the players, fans and organisation.
