We smashed one of the best teams off the park and won comfortably despite having horrendous goal kicking. Giants looked awful because we made them look awful. Completely stifled their game.

Sam Darcy is turning into one hell of a player.

JUH goal kicking is a real worry, he is still young but he really needs to improve in Ant area.

Swans are a huge test, but it would be a great statement to beat them.

oh my god i did not expect this. wow!

sure our goalkicking was poor but it was pissing down which doesn't help

Treloar and Eddie Richards wowee!

also get that up ya gws you buncha plastic campaigners

to quote the late great Mr. Football - we stuck it right up 'em!

Shout out to James Harmes - he stood up late

Ed Richards in the guts might perform CPR on our season. If we can sneak a win against sydney at home next week, we're back in the mix.

Not sure we ever reached great heights but a very convincing win, the scoreline flattered the Giants. Arguably our biggest scalp since the Jamarra game against Melbourne in 2022.

Wasn’t overly convinced with the Harmes signing. Thought he’d be solid as inside mid backup but didn’t think he offered enough in the positions that he was going to play here. His work in the past month as a wing/half forward has been very good.

It will be bloody tough on the back of a 5 day break but if we can win one against the Pies or Lions (know they are out of form but they are still good) it becomes interesting.

Frustrating match, I thought GWS had swapped coaches to Ross Lyon for a while.

Good win away in wet conditions but to be honest we dominated and should have put it way earlier.

We are frustrating to watch at times though

Jamara is kicking where he points his ball and body too - Should be an easy fix with the video tape for Brad Johnson.

Ed Richards post libba has saved our midfield.

Treloar excellent, Naughton good, Darcy gonna be a player and Westy and Harmes doing the tough stuff we need.

It’s a good win regardless of the goal kicking and gets us back into the season. We destroyed them which bodes well for the next few weeks.

That Hawthorn loss has lit the spark. If we can win two of the next 3 then we are well positioned

That 2017 draft was a great parting gift from Dalrymple. Naughton on one of the best defenders in the game with 20 possessions and 1.2. Richards BOG and has brought something completely different to our midfield.
We can thank melbourne traffic and Carlton ruling out an 18 year old kid due to being slightly late for Richards

I think it's more that he sweeps his leg across the line and hitting the ball with consistency is impossible. It's why is misses in all sort of directions. He need to drive his leg down the line a lot more.
