I have literally nom inclination to play Ground War. Not about that life.

Give me good old fashion 6v6 please.

And i think that's one of the inherent flaws in the agme currently. Because they have 6v6 specific maps, 10v10 specific maps and 20v20/Ground War specific maps - although they do have like 15 maps in the game or whatever, it feels like there are only a handful.

Because I don't play the larger game modes. I only play on Razzmaz, Picadilly, Anirh Cave, Shoothouse, Hackney Yard and probably one other i'm forgetting.

I cannot wait for new maps to release to expand that out.

Throw in Gun Runner for smaller team games and you're likely to get stuck on the same map at least 2 times in a row
Not my pick of the maps for Season One but any new variety is good variety at the moment.

Just finished the single player. Did it on hard mode and absolutely loved it. Gritty, dark and few wtf moments. Beat single player in a long time. Really cool

Purchased it over the weekend. Still waiting to PLAY it due to the main patch download taking forever. I found that weird - regular downloads on the xbox, are fine (5-20gb downloads fairly fast). Whenever I have to download an update from a disc installed game.... its like pulling teeth. I downloaded 15gb in 3 hours!!! I've managed to download another 8 gb..... in a combined 4 hours. I might get to play it by NYE lol.

Bought today. Installed and then had to download a 75GB patch before I could use online. Then 5GB before it's finished another patch seems to have been released and now has to download another 80GB.

I have set my xbox to "always on" mode or whatever where it will download patches in the background.

Once the game has been installed the patches should (fingers crossed) download int he background and be ready to go when you want to play. Unfortunately some aptches are releaased at like 4pm(WST) on a Friday which can suck, but i've been able to have the two most recent patches pre-loaded and ready to go bby the time i crack my xbox on.

Levelling the battle pass is a lot slower than the couple weeks it took to get 155 before

I generally do that on the ps4, forget to do it on the Xbox.

I got sick of waiting and just connected the console directly to the router with an ethernet cable (probably should have done this earlier, but got lazy!). The downloading instantly improved to 40-80mbps. I don't know why the wireless connection fluctuates so much lately.... might be time for a router upgrade

The battle pass is largely time based. While XP and completing challenges etc will contribute minutely towards levelling the pass, it is largely time based. Effectively 30-45 minutes of gameplay is one battle pass tier.

There are videos on line of people levelling up the battlepass by using a pencil attached to a rotating fan that taps A in ground war lobbies. after an hour they have levelled up a tier despite getting no XP in game.

I believe people are doing the same in SpecOps ifyou're worried about KD or Win Loss .

What's the level with the dated town, a few hay bales, some deep sorta trench like set ups and those rocket launchers in the middle of the map. Its pretty green and open on one flank. Whatever map that is, prety sure it's been added to one of Domination or Hardpoint playlists because I playe dit for basically the first time the other day and I normally don't play those bigger maps because I excluded 20v20 game modes from my search.

Played the game once before it stopped part way through and the Xbox tells me to insert the game disc :-/

The game disc is clean, I've run the few other disc based games I own (R6: Siege being one of them) and they've played without issue.

FML I hate physical copies these days!

There's something in the graphics that gives me bloodshot eyes. Very annoying as its fun to play.
