Definitely agree. For what it's worth this is the NBA's development league, the G-League's teams on a map. Some affiliations are quite obvious, others not so much.Some affiliates in US sports borrow a lot if their branding from their parent club, some borrow absolutely nothing.
There is a long tradition of farm team affiliates in US sport, particularly in Baseball with A, AA and AAA levels, and more recently in the NBA and NHL.
This is a terrific idea, super on theme for a North American based comp.

Following on from my post in the RCT, Miami Vice not be an entry in this season's Can-Am competition.
I do hope I'm able to hold onto the Miami location in my absence for the following season, but obviously I can't stop someone from taking that spot if Miami's what they have in mind.
So, Miami IcedThe Can-Am Organizers wish to acknowledge the temporary suspension of the Miami Vice franchise.
As such Miami is a no go zone for the 2018 season.
