Can anything be done about Bruce?

Did anyone notice when Bruce went Pendlebury, PENDLEBURY, PENDLEBURY!!!! when Pendlebury was just running up the flank with the ball, maybe in the second quarter, doing nothing all that spectacular and not within range of kicking a goal. It was really weird and out of place.

I have been a fan of his calling for years but that piece of commentary you mentioned was truly bizarre. I don't think I would have enjoyed sitting next to him at the time...lol! He is getting worse though, he has gone from an excellent footy caller to a bad/weird/creepy caller. His conscious/unconscious gay tendencies are coming to the fore more and more often now.

Bruce is a gun caller and always has been. You guys have no idea.
Lou Richards and Landy were the most boring callers ever.
Bruce has always got excited about the top players, it has been his way since day dot.

I like Bruce. His call of the final minutes of the 2010 GF was majestic. Also helps that unlike others, I love pointless stats.
