....and last year we thought Hawthorn would have the easier prelim against Adelaide mate but look how that turned out.
One thing I've learned about finals is that they're almost never easy to win. At this stage I'd expect Hawthorn & Freo to coast through fairly easily to the granny because the week off is (usually) such a huge advantage but nothing will surprise me. Competition is so even these days that determination & will to win counts for heaps and I'm sure Port & Carlton will have plenty of that.

you're kidding yourself if you think you can easily beat geelong
Never said it would be easy for us, but for Freo it is a walk in.

You said "clearly Hawks v Freo GF"....
Last time I checked 'clearly' isn't a synonym for 'easily'. Cats and Hawks (assuming Cats beat Port) will be a close match but I am fairly sure we are the better team on current form, but either team Freo goes up against will be laughed back all the way home from WA.
Geelong are ripe for the picking, it has always been their 2 big forwards and their lock down defence that has caused us issues...
No Enright, No Tomahawk (or unfit Tomahawk) + Geelong off a game against Port, Hawks in ripping shape = best chance to beat Geelong

Assuming they beat Carlton of course they're a chance, no finals match is a walkover. Freo will start heavy favourites against either Carlton or Sydney at home, but we're not exactly unbeatable here either.
Most will be now assuming a Geelong v Fremantle GF...but i expect to go into the Prelim against Freo as runaway favorites for good reason.

...so can we assume then that Port are being Hawthorn ? or will be Sydney for Geelong amongst elsewhere for sure ?
