Rowell only had two possessions in the last quarter, didn't watch the game so thought he was getting rested cause the game was already won, but apparently he got some attention from Keays?
I watched the game tough might have turned off by then!

Leather poisoning can take an hour or so to take hold

I hate Friday night captains though. If they do well, my expectations are so high for the weekend and then I'm let down, or they spud up and the weekend is ruined.

Much better to have a Sunday afternoon C where I don't watch the game and just go straight into rage trades Sunday night

Hahah that's true can be stressful. I'm tipping Grundy to go 130+ tonight.

Sunday captain also gives you an excuse all weekend for your poor score. "Oh nah, it's coz my captain hasn't played yet"

Freako suggested StK may tag him!

Still seems best choice.
At time of post, Doch was my only choice anyway so may as well have a free shot.
(St Kildas King also on bench but has since been traded to Gibbons F6 moving Budarick to bench from F6)
If Jack Steele tags, it'll be to Cripps.

Steele isn’t tagging this year by the looks. Playing as a pure ball winner
oh that's good to hear.
I still don't feel like giving Cripps that VC though, he just doesn't junk up during the game so his ceiling is always low. Unless he absolutely dominates a game, in which case I'm sure Steele will go to him, Cripps' ceiling seems quite low this year. Maybe I should just play it safe and go Doch VC like most other people would do.

Hi All,

Thoughts on Goldy as a POD captain up against the Dogs? I know English has improved, but who knows by how much at this stage. Last game between these teams, big G had 57 hitouts and 28 touches for a score of 153.

Cheers.

I'm thinking Grundy now for sure with Belly out...but then I bring in Neale this week (watch out everyone) and feel like I'm jumping at shadows.

Or should I just go the guy who is averaging 117!

Yeah I'm thinking of going Grundy over Neale this week too. Brissie have a tougher match against Port and he'll probably get targeted. Might not make a lick of difference, but it's more likely he won't go full pig this week.

How does Grundy usually go in the wet?

EDIT:
On the other hand, Neale is a freak and in hot form, and he did alright even with a tag last week haha.

It's not a bad spot to be in, if they're your two options

Neale was kept to about 19 in the first quater and a half when he was tagged, then they moved Keays off him.

I don't know what Grundy is like in the wet, but you'd imagine less +6s

Still torn between Neale and Grundy as C, Grundy based on the team he's playing, and Neale on the fact he is 100+ every game this year and coming off 2 x 120 games.

My minds telling me no... but my body
