OP uses 'causing' in the present tense so lets remove anything from 10+ years ago.

Then lets remove things that have nothing to do with Carlton eg a Collingwood players court case, Tom Williamson being banished from Carlton even before behavior got to that level, Port Adelaides Nick Stevens who was just a temp visitor to Carlton.

That leaves...just the Sayers incident. Which as embarrassing for him with the visual picture, the real moral crime appears to be he his cheating on his wife with this other chick. So that puts us on level pegging with ahhh let me think... Richmonds coach Dimma who cheated on Mrs Hardwick.

However, Richmond pull ahead in their shit treatment of female supporters with their trump card.
