Only got to watch some highlights but watching McAdam put through a couple goal post height from 40+ is surely taking the piss...

Gets into AFL and can't make the distance from there.

First I assumed it was a fitness thing and trust in his legs to kick through the ball at full power...

Now I'm thinking it's just a confidence thing at AFL level.

Let me indulge in some wild scepticism and psychology 101 - Strikes me as a guy who doesn't work hard enough on his fitness between seasons so gets injured as intensity/volume lifts. Then can't catch-up without risking injury again. Realises he hasn't earned his spot in seniors, hasn't earned respect of his team mates, pressure builds to impact and starts squibing kicks...

Also - Probably helps that some of the Casey guys actually hitup the lead rather than putting it on guys heads.

what a brilliant job of recruiting we've done.

Casey go down 12-11 to 11-11 . Some undisciplined stuff from some Casey players in the last probably didn't help. An inability to stop North using the whole ground and just picking their way through our players also contributed to the loss.
