Raspberries and passionfruit are my all time fave fruits! I’d eat anything with either of those on or in itI haven't eaten it yet, it'll be for after dinner but I've had that flavour in the past & it's a favourite
The white chocolate mousse isn't too sweet, but what really helps make it is the freeze dried raspberry dusting gives the nice tart taste that gives it really nice balance

Yes. This is exactly my thoughts…. But maybe mix it with the juice of the meat a bit of gravy powder for something richerThis is an sauce to go with pork tenderloin, but maybe it could go with beef Wellington
Raspberry sauce:
- ▢ 10 ounces raspberries I used frozen Oregon berries
- ▢ 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- ▢ 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ▢ 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
I love a good panna cotta. Yum!Out for lunch. Dessert was vanilla panna cotta with mixed berry compote and raspberry coulis. Forgot to take a photo in my haste to eat it but this is close (although mine had more berries ).
