I note most have put down Bunninyong as their dark horse for the flag, how quickly perceptions change. Just weeks ago they were written off by everyone after their defeat at the hands of Creswick, now they're considered outsiders for the flag!!
I Note thats what happens when you loose to the bottom team and then beat 4 of the top 6 teams.

Ash Coulthard should be out for life. His record was very ordinary coming into the league and he would now be over 16 weeks. Interesting to see that there was no mention of this in the report in the courier. He can play and will hurt bunny's chances if this is the case. Easily the biggest tool in the CHFL.
Easy one... No dig at any club, although some did think it was at Learmonth.... The good news was on the front page of the courier Friday june 12. Greame Jackson, the same bloke that was on every TV channel back in 2000, telling ever reporter (that questioned him) how bad we were, and that behaving the way we do, we deserve to have our privileges taken away from us for 3 years. Jackson was so smug with his comments and came across as a model citizen and did his best to kill us. So to read that this pillar of the society is up on multiple perjury and theft charges was music to our ears. Court case is on 10 Sept. Karma!

Was at the game, incident happened in a pack in the middle of the ground so was hard to see. Beacham got up rubbing his head but certainly wasn't knocked out, did not have to go off with blood rule, or anything of that ilk, so given all that, penalty seems stiff, but might be mistaken.
As far as looking bad from the sidelines, Box's yellow card was worse, although I'll clarify it was definitely NOT worthy of a suspension, it just looked bad cos it was right in front of the crowd.
While its a bit quiet on here animal, was just wondering if you could tell us your thoughts on Joey Gilberts coaching performance last week against your Lakers?

Ash Wedding 9 Hollywood 6 Coxy 5 J. James & Dan O' H 3 ea. Raaky kicked 18 in the two's. Nothing to brag about though. We were good, but Gordon were very ordinary.
But i will brag about this... i said back in January, the match up between Sam Newton and Dan Jordan will be a beauty. And got bagged... Jordan is a freak, but although Darley lost, Sammy kept Jordan to 4 goals, playing on him all day. im sure most would have expected more goals from him. Another big scalp to Sam... Told you he was our leagues best backman, don't know of any others in this league that could do so well on him.

I said the same thing even before he went back to the bfl. I rate Sammy VERY highly and any club would love his services. Also can not knock him as a bloke, one of the best in my time to have played for the Burra.
In saying all this if he played on DJ 10x in a row i would expect DJ to come out on top but not by much.
