What's council going to sell off parkland? This has to be the biggest pie in the sky Sunday bong thought I've seen on big footy. The tyntynder ground would need to zoned residential from public park and rec and go through an extensive panel hearing, minimum 2 years and give up parkland. Zero chance of this occurring.

In nsw, not sure the new government is forking out millions, when they won't fix corowas set up
Digby has enough in the console of his old merc to get this well and truly off the ground and up and going
Moama didn’t just pop up with 20000 people it was built up with foresight and is now a destination place for people from all over the state and interstate
Murray Downs could be a mini moama
Echuca and Moama are closer to Melbourne. In the early 90s echuca got a number of Melbourne based large businesses to relocate to the area, therefore families moved there and both places grew.
You can't just think putting a new footy grounds going to make people move there in their droves. Swan Hill has a few things ahead of this, such as open up the town centre to the Murray then this

Do the three kerang based golden rivers clubs merge into one club and enter the league. Questions would be where would their home base be, but it would create a strong club and would they go into the central murray or try heathcote too and play out of macorna.
