I would have thought one of the main reasons behind this would've been that Kerang had finished the season 10 points clear on top of the ladder.

Reckon Boga may have had a few FIFO players from SE QLD 2 or 3 years ago!
Hearing that market is about to be severely hampered with AFLQ and AFLVic in talks about how to monitor it.
Reckon they will
slap a high points value on FIFOs (say 8 or 10 if coming from interstate)
A couple of Noosa boys who play in the Sunraysia League been told to tread water.Some 47 players from SE QLD travelling to country Vic/NSW weekly to play footy in 2024

That is massive, air flights alone is massive price, then getting someone to pick up the player and drop them to the airport. How do you play good footy sitting in a plane for a couple hours, then car ride for a couple more
