100% we soiled the bed last year. Games within 13 points we were 1 win 1 Draw and 6 losses. Out of 6 losses Fremantle were ahead 5 times at 3/4 time.
We have the cattle, but the coaching is questionable.
Would you believe we only have one 6-6-6 forward set up?
The issue is what club would be better for Warner.

Perth in September is a hell of a lot nicer than Sydney
He averaged 24 disposals and kicked 35 goals and just turned 23.
He possesses a rare skillset he is worth 2 top 10 picks without anything coming your way.

2 top 10 picks is a little different to 2 top 5 picks
Of course only because he would be OOC, if he wanted out this year it would definitely be 2x top 5 picks
Doubt he replicates it again next year. If anything, his goal scoring will regress.

If Freo genuinely want him then it will be only what they have and that pick could be a pick between 10 and 18 plus a future first.
Or Sydney trade with WC and it will be better picks on offer.
It all depends on Chad and who he wants to go to

If it makes you feel better, the Swans' 2023 record would have been something similar.
Hopefully he nominates the PSD if he wants to go to WCE
I honestly think its the only way we can get him, then we can use those two first rounders
on a couple of guns to play with him

We have 3 tradeable first round picks next year. If Warner ends up at WC it will be because we overpay.
